I live outside of Texas. How do you ship your products?

We ship via all major carriers (USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, and others). All items are hand-packaged and shipped with a tracking number to ensure your products arrive safely. Contact us today if you need a shipping quote

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on the precise location. However, we are not responsible for any fees and import taxes that your country may charge.

Do you have a return policy?

We gladly accept returns. Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, and ship the item back in the same condition it was received within fourteen (14) days of delivery. ​Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Where do you source your materials from?

We give trees that have fallen, died, cut down, or trimmed a second chance at creating happiness in others' hearts. Unique orders require us to purchase specific species and types of lumber based on the customer's request.

Do you sell unfinished materials or raw stock?

Not typically. Once in a while, we will receive requests from vendors, and based on the magnitude of their order, we may honor such a request. If there is a specific project that you are looking for, send us an email, and we'll let you know.

Can I select my own color or finish?

Absolutely, once that color/finish can be sourced on planet earth, we will meet your customization needs.

How do I submit payments?

An initial deposit is required to place an order. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, Additional payment methods can be discussed upon order request.
